We aim to dispatch orders in 2-4 business days from the moment of purchase during the working week unless it is a pre-order (shipping time is shared within description of the pre-ordered item).

We do not work on weekends.

We understand that sometimes, our customers are eager to receive in-stock items sooner, especially when an order includes pre-ordered products that arrive at a later date. If you choose to have in-stock items shipped separately from pre-ordered items, we would need to charge an additional shipping fee to cover the extra costs incurred.

Delivery times depend on the distance of the customer, within Europe, it usually takes 2-7 business days.

International shipments take 7-21 business days to arrive.
